  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options.
  • All prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.
  • Shipping charges for COD orders (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable third‑party courier services to deliver your orders.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate.
  • Jewel Katha is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • While we take all precautions, damage may occur during transit by third‑party courier partners.
  • In case your product arrives damaged, please inform us within **48 hours** of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement. 
  • The replacement may be the same product or a similar product of the same price, depending on availability.
  • No additional charges will be applicable for verified damaged replacements.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or non‑availability of the customer, reshipping charges may apply.
