Returns & Refund Policy
1. Returns Policy
- We accept returns even if the customer changes their mind.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return.
2. Refund Policy
- For approved returns due to change of mind, the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total amount.
- The remaining amount will be either:
- Credited back to the original payment method, or
- Provided as a coupon code for future purchases, as per customer preference.
- For verified damaged products during transit, we offer replacement only.
- In rare cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
