Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns Policy

  • We accept returns even if the customer changes their mind.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return.

2. Refund Policy

  • For approved returns due to change of mind, the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total amount.
  • The remaining amount will be either:
  • Credited back to the original payment method, or
  • Provided as a coupon code for future purchases, as per customer preference.
  • For verified damaged products during transit, we offer replacement only.
  • In rare cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
